| CALA selects Scope for Donaldsons |

We are thrilled to announce that CALA has selected Scope to supply it's most prestigious project, at Donaldson's School for the Deaf in Edinburgh. The original Playfair building is beind sensitively restored and turned into luxury apartments. A unique new-build project is also being created behind this great Victorian landmark of Edinburgh.
"This is one of our proudest moments" says Scope Director, Derek Miller. "Donaldson's is unique and will be the highest profile of any housing project in Scotland over the next few years". Scope is working with Edinburgh Architects, Yeoman McAllister, in the creation of a unique specification. Details of the spec are being kept secret for some time yet, but will be chosen from the very highest quality level of the market. Scope beat off stiff competition to land the deal, in which selected apartments will be priced between £1m and £2m.

We are pleased to announce the launch of 'Scope Design', a new dedicated service for 3rd party interior designers and architects.
Scope Design will work on small, highly specialist developments, where Interior Design Consultants have been employed to select the highest quality bathrooms available. The service, which will be managed by Nicola McHattie, Scope's Design Specification Manager, will be developed over the next year to complement Scope's existing Retail and Contracts offer. "This new service shows the confidence we have to source and supply the very finest bathrooms" says Nicola. Details will be announced shortly.

| Kier Choose Scope for Hawkhead |

We are very pleased to announce that Scope has been chosen by Kier Homes to supply bathrooms to it's flagship new development at the site of the former Hawkhead Hospital in Paisley.
Scope has been working closely with Kier for many months in planning the specification and has collaborated with M+E Contractor, SCS Building Services, on planning the project. "Kier Homes is a major new client for us" says Derek Miller, Scope Director. "Kier has developed strong specifications in their houses and apartments, and was very keen to ensure that their bathrooms met the high standards set elsewhere in their projects". "It is another example of working in partnership with client and contractor to create a win-win-win situation". Gary Jackson, Plumbing Director of SCS adds "Scope and SCS have a strong working relationship and we are looking forward to this partnership working to the benefit of Kier Homes" Details of the spec are still being finalised, but Scope can confirm that Villeroy and Boch will be the main bathroom brand involved.

| Cunning Park, Ayr: Luxury specification for Elphinstone and Scope |

Scope has been appointed as supplier of bathrooms to Elphinstone's development of luxury houses in Ayr.
With prices in the region of £1m+, Elphinstone have demanded the highest level of specification. The development, which is launched this week at Culzean Castle, is the first for Elphinstone, which Scope has supplied. Brands will include Laufen, Kudos, and Grohe.

Scope's largest client CALA Homes, continues to develop it's close association with our service.
"We are now actively supplying sites across Scotland: Dundee, Edinburgh, East Lothian, Glasgow, the Borders and more" says Neil McKinlay, Scope Director. "The new bathrooms can be seen in the new showhouses at Kinnaird Village, Larbert, and they have to be seen to be believed" adds Neil. "The Cala spec is one of the finest we have supplied, and the partnership is now working very well for both parties". Scope has ensured the close involvement of international manufacturers Laufen, Hansgrohe, and Matki in the development of the specification.
