FAQs

We are a supply-only company, meaning that we can source and order your preferred bathroom products, but we do not offer an in-house installation service. We do, however, work with a selection of fitting teams who service Scotland and are happy to share their details with you. From here, we can liaise with your chosen fitter and send over plans and a product overview for their reference.

Everyone is welcome to visit the showroom and browse our incredible range of products, and while we are always happy to assist, we cannot guarantee that one of our designers will be free to sit down and chat. If you are looking for a bathroom renovation or some more in-depth advice, we would recommend contacting the showroom to book an appointment with one of our designers, who will be happy to talk you through the process.

It is always helpful if you have plans and images of your existing bathrooms so that we can get a feel for the space. You are also welcome to send us some inspiration images and have an idea of your budget in mind so that we can advise on products.

This will vary from person to person and will depend on the size of your space and the products chosen, but we would suggest a starting amount of £4,000 for products.

We do daily check-ins with our suppliers to keep track of the progress of your order, and we will always contact you as soon as all goods have arrived with us. On average, we recommend allowing 4 weeks from the date of order. However, it may be with us quicker depending on the brand, but it should be noted that summer and Christmas closures can also affect lead times. We can expect to wait closer to 16 weeks for special finishes and made-to-order items. All lead times are estimated.

Yes! We offer evening appointments after 5 p.m. for customers who struggle to get time off during the week to come and visit us. Get in touch if you would like to arrange a meeting with one of our designers, and we can work out a day that suits both parties. Fill out our contact form below to get started.

Of course. If you or your fitter would like to arrange to collect your order instead of having it delivered out by our team, you are welcome to do so. We require as much notice as possible prior to your collection, no less than 4 hours, to allow our warehouse to get everything checked out and prepared for collection. All collections are to be made from the back of our warehouse, which is located to the back of our Distribution Centre in Hillington West Park at Unit 102, 9 Buccleuch Avenue, G52 4NR
